3. User Eligibility

To be eligible to use VastLoan, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract;
• Be a Philippine resident with a valid government-issued ID;
• Have a stable source of income or the ability to repay the loan;
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal and contact information.

4. User Responsibilities

By using VastLoan, you agree to:

• Provide only accurate and updated information;
• Repay any borrowed amount on or before the due date;
• Not use the platform for any illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.

Failure to comply may result in suspension of your account and/or legal consequences.

You must ensure all information provided during registration or loan application is true, accurate, and current. False, incomplete, or misleading data may result in denial of services, account termination, or potential legal liability.

6. Loan Repayment

You are obligated to repay loans according to the agreed schedule. Late or missed payments may:

• Incur penalties or late fees;
• Negatively affect your credit standing;
• Lead to collection actions as allowed by law.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use VastLoan for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to fraud, identity theft, or money laundering. Any suspicious activity will result in immediate termination of your account and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your VastLoan account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized use or access, notify us immediately. We are not responsible for any loss or damages resulting from compromised account access.

9. Loan Terms

• Loan Amount: Based on your credit assessment and eligibility
• Repayment Period: Clearly stated in your approved loan terms
• Interest & Fees: Fully disclosed prior to confirmation
• Payment Channels: Bank transfer, e-wallet, or authorized payment partners

10. Privacy & Data Protection

VastLoan is fully committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

• Your information is used solely for loan processing, identity verification, and fraud prevention.
• We will never sell or share your data without your explicit consent.
• Data is securely transmitted using HTTPS to https://api.vastloan.net and stored with the highest industry encryption standards.

11. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, content, and technology within the VastLoan app are the exclusive property of the Company. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without our express written permission.

12. Disclaimer of Liability

We aim to maintain continuous service availability but are not liable for delays or interruptions caused by:

• Natural disasters
• System outages or technical failures
• Regulatory or legal changes

You are solely responsible for consequences arising from misuse or non-compliance with these Terms.

13. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms;
• We detect suspicious, unlawful, or fraudulent activity;

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved first through amicable settlement. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before the competent courts in Manila, Philippines.
